Learning outcomes: EDIJ fundamentals to reflect upon within board recruitment, personal and professional alignment, structure of nonprofit boards, decision-making styles, and networking and leadership as a critical component of service.

Module 3 Topics - Fundraising as a volunteer, LGBTQ+ Inclusion, equity and anti-racism as a community leader
Learning outcomes: fundraising basics & expectations, resource building beyond fundraising, equity and justice in the nonprofit sector, and expanding your voice and leadership beyond board service.

Module 4 Topics - Strategic planning and working effectively with staff
Learning outcomes: demystifying the strategic planning process, supporting Executive Directors, interacting with staff, Executive Director evaluation, and succession planning.
