About the Speaker:
James Ellis is the Managing Director of EV Strategic Partners. An engineer by training, James became interested in process design while working for local government – finding that creating efficiencies in how work was done had the wonderful benefit of making people’s lives easier. With a more than 20-year career spanning for-profit, nonprofit and governmental sectors, James leads a multidisciplinary team of nonprofit professionals in creating functional, implementable plans to support organizations’ missions.
