Development Series: Reverse Mortgages as a Powerful Fundraising Tool

As nonprofits approached the end of 2023, they are faced with a major shrinkage of individual donations and lower-to-no grants received. The estimated drop in total contributions is 30%. Reverse mortgages can be a solution to support donors in making major gifts now. This program will be presented by Ed Frankel, a longtime financial expert and nonprofit activist who has been directly and indirectly responsible for raising millions of dollars for charitable organizations. He has been working with reverse mortgages for two decades and has seen their great benefit to a nonprofit’s bottom line.
