This presentation focuses on the recruiting process from the candidate’s perspective.  Led by NPN Recruiter Nina Nguyen, this presentation will focus on the process as well as the feedback and support a recruiter can provide.

About the Speaker: 
Nina Nguyen is the Recruitment Director at Nonprofit Professionals Now. Nina has a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and has spent over 12 years in the nonprofit sector in various capacities - from program staff to director to executive director.  She also has professional certifications in nonprofit fundraising and executive leadership. She began consulting a little over two years ago.

Nina is passionate about uplifting the voices of members within historically marginalized communities. She is an avid connecter of individuals and organizations to one another, as well as to resources, that will help elevate and support their success.
