Many nonprofit organizations are looking to hire diverse candidates for fundraising. Yet, so many complain they don't attract any candidates they would like when they post.

Lizzie Martinez is a woman of color and career fundraiser who has successfully run several searches for team members that attracted diverse candidates in terms of race, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. In her last search, the final four candidates were all people of color.

She will share tips on how to assess your internal culture and how to convey your readiness for a diverse candidate. She will also share best practices and tips for shifting from a "status quo" hiring process toward one that will attract more diverse candidates
